Tracy Hauser and Mike Lebecki have been a synergistic Realtor-team since 1990. Their motto, "Classic Service," was born the day they partnered. Tracy, Mike, and the others who make up their in-house-team of real estate professionals, believe traditional, tangible, top-end, service, is the "best" business plan of all. Tracy and Mike have no "sales pitch;" enthusiasm yes, gimmick, no. The partners have evolved their professional skills to be sought after in the light of "advisors and consultants," not salespeople. Whether moving from out of State, out of town, or just around Santa Clarita, 95% of the team's client base is return or referred business.

Tracy and Mike have a growing core of over forty large Santa Clarita businesses for whom they are the Realtors of choice. Real estate developers, corporate and municipal leaders, and a long list of "regular folks" make up the team's resume of home buyers and sellers.

Tracy and Mike are a community based business centered on what they know exceptionally well, the Santa Clarita Valley. While licensed to sell real estate anywhere in the State, Tracy and Mike center on ever heightening their services within their valley of expertise.

Tracy has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley since 1982, a Realtor since 1985. She and her husband Lloyd have raised four children in Santa Clarita. She knows first hand the quality of "community" for raising a family. She's versed in the parochial educational environment of town, plus the extracurricular resources available to anyone raising a family in Santa Clarita.

Mike came to the valley in 1988, the following year he became a Realtor. Mike serves on the Board of Directors of the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Health Foundation, the Santa Clarita Family YMCA, the SCV Child and Family Center Foundation Board, and the College of the Canyons Foundation Board. He is a strong supporter of the College of the Canyons and the University Center, and is a member of the College's Bond Oversight Committee. His past activities have included membership on the Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, Canyon Country and SCV Chamber of Commerce, Boards of Directors.
